What We're Looking For
Trexonium is looking for a product manager who can connect customer pain points, compliance realities, and business outcomes into a coherent roadmap.
You will work closely with engineering, operations, and legal stakeholders to launch features that are both user-friendly and policy-aligned.

Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the roadmap for trust, onboarding conversion, and activation outcomes.
- Define product requirements, metrics, and launch plans in close partnership with engineering.
- Translate legal and compliance constraints into clear, implementable product requirements.
- Run discovery with internal and external stakeholders to validate problem statements and solutions.
- Drive experimentation and post-launch analysis to improve product performance over time.
Requirements
- Fluent English communication skills.
- 6+ years developer experience.
- 4+ years of product management experience in B2B, B2C, or platform products.
- Strong analytical foundation with experience defining and interpreting product metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to ship complex cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
- Comfort working with legal, operations, security, and compliance stakeholders.
- Excellent written communication and product specification skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fintech, healthcare technology, identity, or risk products.
- Familiarity with regulated workflows and policy-constrained UX decisions.
- Hands-on experience with onboarding funnels and lifecycle growth optimization.
- Ability to balance long-term strategy with short-term execution priorities.
